Who we are
Singaporewithai is an enterprise artificial-intelligence consultancy operating from 6 Battery Road, #26-02, Raffles Place, Singapore 049909. You can write to [email protected] or telephone +65 6236 7419. This website is the public information site for that practice. It is not a client portal and it does not host production systems.
For work delivered under a statement of work, the handling of client data is governed by that agreement and by the client's own instructions. This notice covers the website and the enquiry channel only. Where we process personal data, we do so in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act as it applies to an organisation collecting data in Singapore.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form, we receive the name, organisation, e-mail address, telephone number if you provide one, selected topic and message. If you write to the published e-mail address, we receive whatever you include in that message. If you telephone, we receive the number presented by the network and the notes needed to return the call.
Our hosting supplier records standard server logs, which may include internet protocol address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. Those logs are used to operate and secure the site. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie this site sets on purpose is described on the cookies page.
Please do not send personal data about customers, patients, staff or other third parties in an enquiry. Describe the class of data instead. If a later engagement requires an extract, it will be taken inside your environment.
How we use the data
Enquiry data is used to respond to you, to decide whether an assess phase is warranted, and to keep a short record of what was asked so that a later conversation is coherent. We do not use enquiry data to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell it. We do not add addresses to a newsletter. If you ask for the briefing pack, we send that pack and keep a note that it was sent.
Server logs are used to diagnose errors, to resist abuse, and to understand whether the site is reachable. They are not combined with enquiry records to profile visitors. We do not run third-party advertising, retargeting or social pixels on this site.
Sharing and processors
This website is hosted on shared infrastructure provided by our hosting supplier. That supplier may process server logs and the contents of form posts as they pass through the hosting environment. We do not pass enquiry data to advertising networks. We may share information if required by law in Singapore, or if needed to protect the organisation or another person from serious harm.
If an engagement proceeds, client data is handled in the client's estate or in environments named in the statement of work. Those arrangements are not governed by this website notice.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence, unless a statement of work requires a longer file, or unless we must keep a record to meet a legal duty. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will do so except where we must retain a minimal record of the request itself. Server logs follow the hosting supplier's rotation, which is typically measured in weeks rather than years.
The consent cookie, if you set one, expires after one hundred and eighty days. You can clear it in your browser at any time.
Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, and you may request correction of that data. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, understanding that we may then be unable to continue a conversation that depends on those details. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission if you believe we have not handled a request properly.
To make an access or correction request, write to [email protected] with enough detail for us to locate the record. We may need to verify that we are speaking to the right person. We will respond within the periods required by the Act.
Changes
We may update this notice when our website practices change. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the website after an update is an acknowledgement that you have read the current notice.
