Enquiry
Request a scoping call
The form is read by the delivery team. It is not an automated booking. Required fields are name, organisation, e-mail, topic and a message of at least twenty characters. We use the details only to respond to the enquiry, as described in our privacy notice.
Location
Raffles Place
The office is on Battery Road, a short walk from Raffles Place MRT. Visitors are seen by appointment. Please say in your message if you intend to visit so that we can confirm a time during office hours.
Before you write
What to include in an enquiry
A useful first message names the process you want to change, the system of record that must receive an output, and the constraint that will shape the work. Typical constraints are data residency in Singapore, a go-live window tied to an operating calendar, or an internal risk policy that already covers models. If a labelled sample or an existing vendor system is part of the picture, say so. We do not need volumes, outcome targets or a full architecture in the first note.
If you are asking for an assurance review of a system another organisation built, include the system type, whether documentation exists, and the role that currently acts as model owner. If you are asking for a briefing pack, state the organisation and the sector so that we send the relevant checklists.
Do not send personal data about customers, patients or staff in the form. Describe the class of data instead. If an extract is later required, it will be taken inside your environment under your access-control policy.
Visiting
Arriving at Battery Road
6 Battery Road sits on the western side of Raffles Place. The nearest MRT station is Raffles Place on the North–South and East–West lines. From the station, Battery Road is a short walk. Taxi and private-hire drop-off is on Battery Road or Collyer Quay depending on traffic. Visitors should book a time in advance. The reception floor will not have a standing Singaporewithai desk for unannounced callers.
If you require accessibility information before a visit, write to the same e-mail and we will describe the route from street to the meeting room we have reserved. Workshops with operations staff are more often held at the client's premises, which is our default for delivery sessions.
Response
After you send a message
Messages received between 09:00 and 18:00 SGT on a working day are read that day. Messages received after 18:00, at weekends or on public holidays in Singapore are read on the next working day. A reply will either propose times for a scoping call, ask for one clarifying item, or explain that the request sits outside the work we take on. A form submission is not a booking and is not a commitment to a statement of work.
If you have not had a reply after two working days, write again to [email protected] or telephone +65 6236 7419 during hours. The telephone line is not a helpdesk for production systems unless an operating agreement says otherwise.
